Shipping policy

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days (expect shipping times closer to 10+ days if you'd like your order filmed and posted on TikTok or YouTube).

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information - please note that actual in-transit shipping times may vary, but are estimated by USPS to be: 

US Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

International Shipping: 6-18 business days

If your order only contains crystals, is being shipped within the United States (U.S.) and is over $50, you will receive free shipping at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside of the U.S.

If your order is under $50 or includes items other than or in addition to crystals, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied.

International Shipping: 

Please note that international orders may take several weeks to arrive once shipped. There may also be customs fees applied that must be paid upon delivery - these are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by North + Wilder. 

Shipping to the EU:

As of December 13th, 2024, the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is in effect for all shipments to European Union (EU) Countries.

Due to the complexity and potential complications of these regulations, we unfortunately are not able to provide shipping to countries within the EU at this time. 

Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine if a refund or store credit is applicable. 

We do not reimburse for lost, missing or stolen packages.

All USPS orders include $100 shipping insurance automatically and any claims for lost, damaged, or missing packages should be filed directly with USPS. We also recommend contacting and going to your local post office in person as this can often lead to a quicker inquiry and resolution.
