Refund policy

All items are final sale, including but not limited to, gift cards and electronic files. Exceptions may be made at North + Wilder's discretion. 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine if a refund or store credit is applicable. 

We do not reimburse for lost, missing or stolen packages.

All USPS orders include $100 shipping insurance automatically and any claims for lost, damaged, or missing packages should be filed directly with USPS. We also recommend contacting and going to your local post office in person as this can often lead to a quicker inquiry and resolution.
