SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take my order to ship? 

A: Orders are typically packaged and shipped in 5-10 business days (expect shipping closer to 10 days if you'd like your order filmed and posted on TikTok or YouTube). Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information - please note that actual in-transit shipping times may vary, but are estimated by USPS to be: 

US Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

International Shipping: 6-18 business days

 

Q: Can I pay for faster packaging and/or expedited shipping?

A: If you are in need of faster packaging and shipping than is our standard (packaging in 5-10 business days with economy shipping estimating delivery in an additional 5-8 days), please contact us using our contact form to inquire about the additional cost and availability of expedited shipping. As a small business, it is unfortunately not always possible to accommodate expedited order packaging and shipping.

 

Q: What type of packaging can I expect my order to be packed in?

A: We are committed to sustainability and thus, strive to re-use as many packaging materials as possible - this means you might receive orders packaged in some of the bubble wrap that protected our orders received from suppliers, in local newspapers donated to us by our friends and neighbors and/or in random cardboard boxes we've chosen to re-purpose. 

We are also committed to making sure your orders arrive to you safe and sound, so we may also utilize packing materials such as dissolvable packing peanuts, packing paper and small bits of cotton to protect all of your goodies! 

 

Q: Is shipping insurance included with my order?

A: U.S. orders are shipped through USPS and include up to $100 in free shipping insurance.

Q: My package was lost, stolen or damaged - can I receive a refund?

A: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine if a refund or store credit is applicable.

We do not reimburse for lost, missing or stolen packages.

All USPS orders include $100 shipping insurance automatically and any claims for lost, damaged, or missing packages should be filed directly with USPS. We also recommend contacting and going to your local post office in person as this can often lead to a quicker inquiry and resolution.

ORDER FILMING

Q: I'd like my order to be filmed and posted on TikTok or YouTube - how do I request this?

A: We love creating order packing videos! If you would like your order to be filmed, please share this in the "Order Comments" section when viewing your cart while checking out and also note where you would like it to be posted (i.e. - TikTok, YouTube Shorts or YouTube Long Form). Orders may be posted on multiple platforms at our discretion, but please only request one platform of your choosing.

Please note that filmed orders will take longer to pack and ship out - they will likely be shipped out at the tail end of our typical shipping time frame (about 10 days). Videos may also be posted before or after you receive your order. 

 

CRYSTALS

Q: Why does my crystal look different from the photos and/or videos on the website?

A: While we strive to accurately represent all of our crystals through our photos and videos, slight differences may appear due to factors such as light conditions and individual computer monitor settings. Each crystal is a unique creation of nature, and variations in color, size, shape, and texture should be expected.

 

Q: How do you source your crystals?

A: Each crystal is carefully and thoughtfully handpicked from trusted suppliers that we have cultivated relationships with from all over the world! 

 

Q: Can I request specific crystals to be included in my mystery box?

A: While we don't accept requests for specific crystals to be added to mystery boxes, we do encourage you to include any preferences you might have in the "Order Notes" section of your cart when checking out.

Maybe you love rose quartz, but don't want anymore amethyst or you'd like crystals that can help with anxiety - just make note of those things and we'll make every effort to include those in your box!
